There will also be time for Q&A at the end of the webinar. The webinar is going to be strategic - focusing on the bigger picture of 'why' and 'what's possible' - but it'll also get into some technical details with regard to the different methods used to achieve the results, so come prepared to wear your practitioner/implementation hat, too.
