Well, you start to get the idea and it didn't let up. On September 12th the frequency went to one a day. I have been a Bluefly subscriber since 2003 and I remember getting about two emails a week. Notice the subject lines getting longer as well, with one up to 72 characters. Two emails a day and even one a day is too much based on best practices. I'm exhausted, are you?

DITTO. I have shopped there/subscribed for four years, and finally had to unsubscribe earlier this summer! I couldn't take their increasing frequency any more.

And what's sad, now that I think about it, is that I haven't bought since. I've visited the site only a few times ... wonder if my purchasing behavior would have stayed consistent if they'd kept it to two or three messages a week?
